Murry had a good year, but I would hardly call his performance "leading his team to the league championship."

Have you ever seen Gregg Marshall's teams play? Murry was probably our main leader, but no one leads statistically. He did all of the little things. Defense/steals, points in low double figures, assists, good handles/low turnovers, good rebounder for a guard, etc. He wasn't selfish and he was a very talented player. He was extremely unselfish and didn't need the accolades but he should have been a first team All Conference MVC player. Very few on here saw his value but close observers did.

Murry had a good year, but I would hardly call his performance "leading his team to the league championship."

Shot nearly 50% from the field, 39% from 3, 5 RPG, 5 APG, 2.8 steals, 14 PPG in the playoffs. Not counting the guy that played only one game, he was 3rd in PPG, 3rd in FG%, 1st in 3PT%, 5th in rebounds, 2nd in assists, 1st in steals ... maybe he wasn't dominant, but he was a force in every category of the game. Also had a triple double in one of his two championship games (17 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists).

He didn't carry his team, but I'm fine with saying he lead them.

He's the quintessential WSU player. He might not be putting up 30 points a game, but there's a lot more to basketball than that.

Anyone one have any players from their team workout for any NBA teams, I know that Marc Sonnen worked out for a couple of teams, nothing will probably ever come of it, but he can shoot the ball

Tyler Brown worked out for the lakers last week. I see him as a better NBA prospect than Carmichael even though he is under the radar a bit.

Tyler Brown can shoot it from long range (way out) and there is a place for that in the NBA. I'm willing for you to prove me wrong but he can't play the point, he isn't a passer, he isn't a rebounder, and doesn't play top notch defense. What makes him a strong NBA prospect besides his 3 point shooting?

Carmichael getting lots of love from the both the Chicago and national media after the first day of the draft combine... some saying he could sneak into the first round...

Plenty of guys have made a nice living in the NBA with no skills other than shooting, hell even Blake Ahearn got sniff. Every team needs a couple long range snipers on the team that can help in certain situations. I don't know enough about Brown to tell if he is consistent enough from long range but I would think he would have shot at some point.

Brown is an amazing shooting, but the same problem as Osiris Eldridge had, he's inconsistent. I would love to see both TB and JC drafted but some games he'll have 30+points and others he doesn't even have 10

I see TB as a smaller JR Smith type player. He is explosive and has shown he can get to the hole. As for his inconsistency (as Redbird23 mentioned) he was a top 5 scorer in the league last year. Ever since he was suspended he took his game to a new level last year and never looked back.

The only skill that I see if how far Brown's range is. But most NBA shooters are not so streaky and often have nice floor games that compliment others. From what I saw, Brown forced too many shots, and when he wasn't hitting shots, instead of complimenting others, he made his team worse.
