I am beginning to think this clown is Casey in disguise so that CGFP will have some restored credentials, by comparison.

Watson would have been a superior athlete ready to dominate Valley post men, but he chose not to apply himself for most if not all of his 2nd juco season. And that cost him a D1 scholarship.

But as luck would have it, WSU obtained the services of a much more complete Carter. He's game ready for D1 right now.

And besides, Carter is LeBron James' cousin. +1 x 1000
Random MVCFans.com member, circa 2007: "Gregg Marshall is in over his head in this conference."

I was never sold on Watson. I had indications that he might be a little lazy in the classroom and/or court.
I just thought we could do better, and we did... Carter is the superior player, and he will prove it.

In the classroom maybe. They are very similar but Watson to me is the meaner, tougher and IMO better get.

Do you think Carter is gonna give you more or less than Picket gave us last year?

Carter is much more talented than Pickett, but he will not play as much as Pickett due to competing talent.

Carter was rated the #8 JuCo in the nation last year. Watson was not a starter by the second half of the season at his JuCo. What on Earth would give you the opinion that Watson was the better player?

If you want to evaluate recruits from other schools, I'd recommend that you'd have done some homework and would have some facts to back up your opinion. Most WSU fans were more relieved than disappointed when it was learned Watson was ineligible. Watson did not live up to his promise out of HS during his JuCo career. He showed a lack of effort both on the court and in the classroom.

Watson is the bigger ,stronger, more physical ready to play the 4 in the valley recruit.

Carter is a 3, He is soft. After one Picket bow hes back to JUCO rankings.

NO WAY! Number 8 in a JUCO ranking? Guess I'll take my serving and head home!

Also quit talking about the class thing.......Like the shock have the highest GPA in THE VALLEY or something! You gotta be so smart to get into witch .......I mean you gotta know which side of the weat ya peel first.

Bf1, Geno should put you on his staff. You could have told him not to waste his time recruiting Carter.

Carter played on a better team than Watson. (Vincennes was better than Chipola). Carter had better stats than Watson. Watson was an early season starter, but lost his starting spot as the season progressed.

Carter averaged something like 18 points per game in the NJCAA tourney. Watson is an inch taller and everyone considers him freakishly athletic, but Carter had better rebounding stats.

Because I said he wasnt worth recruiting. sarcasm because I did not say that.

Yes Carter played on a better team. Which also plays a part in his stats being better.

Almost everything you said was LITERALLY incorrect. I am going to retype your post with all of the incorrect things omitted.

"Watson is bigger."

"Guess I'll take my serving!"
