How is it unfair to compare a freshman and a senior to each other as players?

It might be unfair to use the "well he's a freshman so his potential is higher so he's a better player" argument. But it's certainly not unfair to compare them as players.

Nobody said anything about success. They're better, which isn't saying a whole lot.

So long as 20.4ppg is still greater than 17.4ppg, I would say it is.

I would actually trade Doyle for Lemon, because he has eligibility left. But the stats suggest Lemon has been better since conference play started (despite yesterday's stinker).

Sure, but ppg is the big one.

They're pretty close in the rest of the stats. The exceptions are steals (clear advantage Lemon) and rebounding (clear advantage Doyle).

Their both great players. I think Lemon has the edge because of the experience factor, but Doyle is a great scorer and showed how great he is vs UNI saturday
