Reports on Shockernet is this is a done deal and will happen. Kansas.com reporting the university is planning for Gameday to be there.

Publicity like this is good for recruiting for all Valley teams, but especially the Shockers and the Panthers. I'm a Shocker fan, but I have a ton of respect for the Panthers. With the talent they are losing after this year, I hope this helps them in recruiting.
