For Drake, a good outcome would be avoiding the play-in games on Thursday in St. Louis. Only 1 senior and 2 juniors on this team, so this season is really a stepping-stone for the next couple of years.

I think keys to success are multiple, but two primary keys would be:

1. Consistency from Enevold (Jensen). He was really good at times last year, and really, really bad at other times. I think he would mentally take himself out of games last season when it wasn't going well. As one of the few upperclassmen on Drake's team, that has to stop. His backet, freshman Dominik Olejniczak will probably be a far better player eventually, but I think they'd prefer to start him off slowly, backing up Enevold.

2. The two Big 10 transfers have to live up to their high school reputations. Both Abrahamson and Woodward had multiple offers from teams in the "Big 5" conferences. I'm always a little skeptical of transfers who did not have success at their previous school, but neither of these guys was a complete bust in the Big 10 either.

Drake probably has the biggest team in the conference with two 7 footers, a 6'11", a 6'10" and four 6'8" players. Quickness, athleticism will be a problem. I'm a firm believer that quickness beats size, although size can certainly cause problems for opponents.
