Roberts Stadium is at a sell out. Sunday they had less than 200 single seat tickets available

The game is on ESPNU at 6 and Roberts has less than 20 tickets remaining so it will w/out a doubt be a sellout, and the student section was expanded to the top row of the stadium so it should be a great atmosphere. Lets just hope the Aces can pull off an amazing upset.

I recall, on old board, people talking about this series. And just about every person of a different fan base said no way UNC comes to Evansville. They all said Roy will buy out, blah, blah, blah. Looks like lots of people were dead wrong. To think, we have one more game with them out there.

Every MVC school should try and do 2 for 1 deals with some big boys. Some have too much ego and won't do that.

There is something to be said for catching a good "name" team when they are beatable. However, I applaud the idea of wanting to play and beat a good program when they are at their best.

North Carolina has 7 McDonalds All Americans on their roster. Seven. Not NOMINEEs--these guys played in the game. Another player was the Gatorade Player of the Year in his state.

All this talk about Carolina being "down" is a little overboard, in my humble opinion. They have national caliber players on their roster.
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.

There will definitely be a lot of powder blue in Roberts. Which will make the game all that much better of an atmosphere -- most teams we play don't travel that well. UNI and Bradley were the only games I remember being at where the visitors had much of a crowd in Evansville.

If Zeller ripped up Kentucky on Saturday (career high points I think), Aces fans have every reason to be concerned about matching up with him.

UNC played a lot better this weekend vs. UK than they did the when thye played Illinois recently. Now, I'm not sure what the differences are between UK and Illinois, but I know they're both very good teams.

NICE! I wish we had just one of them. The last one we had was Kenny Perry (wasn't a player) and he transferred to SIU after struggling with Dick Walters style of play. A McDonald's point guard is on my wish list. HA!!!!

Illinois struggled to beat U Southern Indiana preseason, but it was a meaningless game for the Ilini.
