He's been AWOL from college basketball for 15 months---prognosticators have short memories--or perhaps you have a better explanation for us not even getting any votes in a frikkin Midmajor poll that includes two teams we finished above in the Valley (yes, yes rabid redbird fans you beat us twice in overtime).
Well...those two teams also had better RPI's than SIU so let's not act like SIU was far and away better than Bradley and ISU last year. I would say the most simple explanation is that he thinks those two teams will be better than SIU. Of course it is debatable but it's not like a slum dunk one would have SIU above those two.
