Oh, and can we stop glorifying Peoria sports journalism like Reynolds and Eminian are freakin Woodward and Bernstein over there? I do appreciate that Dave doesn't just write puff pieces all the time like Jim Benson of the Panty, who was originally critical of Muller's handling of Yarbrough but stopped all criticism abruptly and dutifully cheered as that cancer metasticized into a Thursday night bid. But Bradley and Peoria with its economic struggles frankly could use more puff and less dour in a bid to chase Pulitzers.
