They didn’t hire an outside firm to negotiate settlement, they hired them to figure out what is true and what is not. Once they have finished their investigation, UE will decide what to do. Once they decide whether coach stays or goes, that is when they will negotiate the amounts. We are in the first stage of this process not the last one.

They know exactly what happened. Tribe is right, this is 100% about saving as much money as they can.
