12 is the perfect number and the MVC still has a tight geographic footprint. I'm super excited for Arch Madness 2023 and I might buy all session tickets for it now that Thursday will have 4 games.

Don't see the need to expand any further, though I bet it happens again within 3 years. There is not any reason to divide up the NCAA money any further than what we have to. I love this group of Universities we have. Here is hoping and believing the MVC will surpass the Atlantic 10.

Reexamine in a few years. If St. Thomas or UMKC or UTA build up their programs like they say they will then consider an invite. The Valley can be patient now.

I was hoping this topic would finally go away for awhile after hearing the news of the UIC add. As everyone else has stated, I think the conference is better staying with its current members.

Should the MVC expand during the next round of alignment I think if St. Thomas comes so will NDSU and SDSU. Can't really keep them out due to distance if you're adding St. Thomas. St. Thomas, NDSU, SDSU, and NKU.

I think people read what you wrote. You said it probably wouldn't happen until 2025.

The thing is, the MVC shouldn't expand in 2025, either. The only reason the MVC should add any new teams would be if a team left first and needed to be replaced.
