That Bradley-SIU gave flashbacks of the old Jim Molinari-Rich Herrin games of the mid to late 90's and then Chris Lowery-Jim Les games of the mid 2000's. Absolute street fight grinds.

The difference was the defense Malevy Leons and JaShon Henry put on Marcus Domask. Domask made just one of five shots from the floor for five points. He also was getting take to the shed by Henry on the other end. I'm sure things will be different in Carbondale but Bradley made the big plays the last three plus minutes. Zek Montgomery has become a real factor for the Braves.

SIU needs someone else to at least try to score sometimes.

What a game in Des Moines tonight. That's Valley Basketball and we get to do it again in a couple weeks.

As a fan, I'm completely drained after that Drake-UNI game.

UNI shot real well from 3, Drake shot horrible from 3 but still found a way to pull it out.

No clue why Drake didn't foul up 3 with less than 3 seconds in regulation or the first OT. Major props to Born for hitting a couple of ridiculous shots.

I actually think DD told his team to foul at the end of regulation, because he was bitching out one of his players coming off the court after Born hit the 3.

Tucker DeVries probably shouldn't have even played tonight, but after a horrible regulation play, he came up big in OT.

Jacobson definitely has done a great job with this team after all the injuries.

Roman Penn is a stud. 28 pts and 6 assists with zero turnovers, under pressure gets the ball to his teammates where they can score, very impressive. Thought DeVries made a lot of poor coaching decisions tonight, not enough plays for Brodie, too many 3 pt attempts when the ball wasn't dropping. And allowing the All World Shooting Guard Born take those clutch shots to tie the game? Headscratchers. Prediction, Duax will be very good MVC player next season, he will be the next Garret Sturtz in the Valley.
