I think the majority of Pac-12(9) schools leave for Big 10, Big 12, and/or become independents. Oregon State and Washington State will be left without a lifeline and will attempt to bring in other schools to the Pac-12(2) but won't have any success as schools won't want to pay exit fees to AAC or Mountain West to join an extinct Pac-2. OSU and WSU eventually find a home in the Mountain West.
I don't think the Pac-12 collapsing has a trickle down effect to the MVC but if schools are able to get out of the ACC Grant of Rights then it becomes a free for all. UNC, Clemson, Miami, FSU and a few others will be able to find a home in the Big 10 or SEC but the others will be scrambling. I can see a scenario where ACC schools like Pitt, Duke, Wake Forest, BC are left to form their own ACC Lite conference made up of east coast schools that are basketball first but have FBS football teams. UCONN joins the ACC Lite and sets off another round of dominoes with the Big East looking to add more basketball only schools.
