Jim figures it out every year around February, when the rest of the league figures it out in December or early January. That's why every year we play well later in the year, and rally to that 4-5 game (or this year the 8-9). That's also why Jim won't be here next year. But yeah, right now I think we're about the 5th or 6th best team in the league. Too bad the records says we're tied for 9th.
