Wow. Ya, it's really different. Not sure you needed to go *that* over the top, but I guess the point will get across.

We definitely don't have the athletic shot creators to run with them offensively, but that's not ISU's game this year anyway. We'll need to play solid defense...especially inside...and grind it out against them.

This is going to be ugly. If the Trees were playing BYU, I would think they have a chance...but 'Cuse...not happening.

This game is not that far out of the question. IMHO I believe guard play in this game is a toss up. I think if the Sycamores big men defend well and we limit the turnovers the Sycamores can grab an upset....but it is definitely going to be tough! Go Sycamores!!!!

This is what I hate. Just because most normal people think you logically don't have a chance against Syracuse, simply based on mismatches, you immediately throw out the junk card. Just because of what somebody thinks is going to happen doesn't mean they WANT it to happen.

Try to understand that logic, if possible.

See I get what you are saying there...but if you want to get it across...dont be condescending...You can make a point without a snarky comment at the end...ISU has played all of the other top 15 teams they have p0layed this season pretty close and that was when we weren't playing our best ball.

Baller, understand that most Syc fans have felt underappreciated/disrespected all season...and right or wrong, some of us still feel that way. Hell, we could have drawn Ohio State and guys would be on here saying we have a shot.

That being said...we do have a shot against Syracuse. Our guards match up well against theirs I think. The real test will be our undersized forwards (outside of Walker) vs. their big fellas. If we play great D - as we did in the tourney - and our forwards keep pace with theirs, we'll keep it close.

I definitely don't hold anything against folks who think we don't have a shot, though. Syracuse is a really good team that is really well coached.

Also, heard that the ISU vs. Syracuse game is a Noon ET tip...haven't found anything to confirm as of yet.

Hopefully the Trees can keep it close or pull the upset.

I'll take Syracuse by 16
