Obviously because WSU made the Final Four and earned some national interest.

One thing is very clear: Whether the BigEast ends up any good or not, Creighton fans are showing their true colors. How quickly they forget where they came from.

You drop by "for old times' sake" when you joined in October of 2013, 3 months after your school left the conference this board is dedicated to? Pretty pathetic. But then again, if you had been here all along, you would recognize that glm is a Missouri State Bears fan (which might be given away by the picture of a bear as his avatar, but that is above the level of perception for a Jays fan). Also, I am a Panther fan, which is why I use 'cats' in my name. Thought I'd help you out with that.

I assumed you were dropping by on the hopes a Shocker fan had posted a picture of a Final Four trophy, since you've never seen one. It's ok though, you can just Google "Wichita State Final Four". Actually, you can even Google "Creighton Final Four" to get to an image, but once again, you'll only be mentioned because of conference affiliation. Zing! I'm sensing a theme!

Can the basketball season just start already? When Creighton is mid pack in the Big East then their boisterous supporters won't feel so inclined to crow about things.

I read somewhere about Jim Boeheim talking about having to go to Clemson, SC now. And he said something like "well I guess they have a Denny's there." I can't wait until Jay Wright asks around for recommendations for a nice dinner the night before the game and they end up at Runza. They'll love it.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Creighton swagger. But let's help these lost souls find a Nova board or a Marquette board or something. You want to talk big then go there and tell them about your lavish arena and stuff like that. You don't have to remind us about how important you all are.

Most of us just find this pretty funny. Legitimately, Creighton fans have nothing to brag about other than being in a new conference. Which is essentially, "we're so much better than you guys now because the cool kids let us sit at their table."

I'm rooting for the success of Creighton and the Big East. But you guys are pretty clearly only on here because you have nothing to brag about on actual Big East forums. For those of you that have gotten addicted to the swagger you tried to push here, that must be very humbling, and I feel sorry for you.
