I think you know my answer to this but unfortunately people whose opinions matter on these things don't have the stomach or the heart to do what needs to be done. That said I'd rather be bought by an A10 team than schedule a non D1 but that's just me.What do I know? I have this stupid idea that schools in upper level mid major conferences should fight all they can to garner at large bids so I want to see the strongest possible schedule that has a reasonable chance to be successful but apparently that's just silly talk and I should know my place.

Bradley's schedule with last year's NET in parentheses

10/29 vs. Millikin (D2) (Exh.)
11/5 @ St. Joseph's (171)
11/9 vs. IUPUI (197)
11/16 vs. UIC (211)
11/19 vs. Norfolk State (247)
11/22 vs. Radford (137)
11/25 vs. Northwestern (88) (Ft. Myers)
11/27 vs. Kansas State (23) or Pitt (120) (Ft. Myers)
12/3 or 4 @ Memphis (48)
12/7 vs. North Carolina A&T (293)
12/10 vs. Maryville (D2)
12/15 vs. Georgia Southern (128)
12/21 @ Miami (OH) (148)
12/28 vs. Toledo (67)

I think it's a good balanced schedule with a couple prime opportunities. Only a couple SOS anchors, plus the D2. I know some people hate a D2 on the schedule but I'd prefer it over Chicago State with its 300+ NET which will tank the SOS. This is the first time we haven't played Chicago State in what feels like forever.

Yeah, it's not a bad schedule, but probably not what you want coming off an NCAA tourney appearance with a veteran team poised to try to repeat that. Not much wiggle room if you don't get the K St game .

Memphis is just outside the top 10 in a lot of rankings I've been seeing. That is a huge opportunity to turn heads. I do wish we had one more big opportunity at a ranked opponent but it gives them a chance at least to play into bubble picture.

A decent chunk of that schedule was locked in before March. I think 2 buy games, Toledo, and Miami are the post-March adds.

I'm pretty whelmed too. But at least it's not last year, when I pretty much sounded the panic button on day 1 saying this SoS would be trouble. And verily, it came to pass.

So uh... Just like the roster a few months ago Valpo's schedule is leaking oil. Both Vanderbilt AND GEORGE WASHINGTON have bought out their contracted games with the Crusaders at the ARC. At least we can use the money to upgrade the facilities a bit (LOL Yeah right).

New Saluki Ronnie Suggs gets revenge games against both his former teams, Bradley and Mizzou.

@ Evansville (12/21)
vs Cumberland (non D1)
