Drake/Loyola off

Loyola will now play at Indiana State Sunday at 5:30 PM CT on ESPN2 and Monday at 6:00 PM CT on CBSSN.

So depressing, I’ve been looking forward to the Loyola/Drake series all week. Well at least Loyola and Indiana State will be playing.

No kidding :( it would have be a nice early preview of a potential valley champ game.

UNI-Drake in Cedar Falls on the 21st postponed due to ongoing issues at Drake. Will be rescheduled for whenever CBS tells us it's going to be played.

On the women's side, the Indiana State-Missouri State series has been cancelled. Not postponed - cancelled. I point this out because the precedent has now been set that games are going to start being cancelled not rescheduled especially as we get closer to Arch Madness with fewer and fewer dates available.

Cancelled games will as far as I can tell go down as a "no contest" not a win or loss or either team.
