Doug did not break any rules. He asked for and was granted a release. Not sure about Anthony.
Teddy, though, either he deserved a release and WSU did not grant it, or he did not deserve a release and should have to sit out. If he deserved a release, then shame on WSU. My guess though is he saw a better opportunity elsewhere and is breaking his promise. The other 8 schools should not be punished for his selfishness.
