When it got to 42-38, I was really excited and had a feeling that maybe things were going to swing to the Sycamores, but it just wasn't meant to be.

The difference is that Odum can shoot; Emmenecker couldn't. I still am amazed that MVC teams didn't figure out that the best way to stop Emmenecker was by not guarding him closely at all, and daring him to pull up and hit a jumper.

Most NBA teams back off of Rajon Rondo because he cant hit outside jumpers. As a result he has a great view of the court and is one of the league leaders in assists. I'm not sure that would have been the route to go.

Well, it went down as expected and was on par for the MVC as whole this year - mediocre.

If he hadn't already burned his redshirt I can assure you there would be teams doing illegal things to get in his ear about transferring to Big Bad U so he can do those amazing things with players who can do soemthing with his passes. Even with a burned redshirt that could happen.

Doubtful have u looked at our incoming recriiting class? You will have to deal with him for 3 more years...thinking we should b the preseason 2nd place pick next year and we shouldhave the non con to get us an at large...If we win some gameS

What did he say that wasn't true?

It was a mediocre conference with it's only participant falling by 17 points in the first round.

Watched the game last night and it was at least a entertaining game. ISU-B fought hard and Odum did everything he could to keep them in it. They are a post player or two that can catch and finish away from competing with the big boyz. I dont think any valley team this season could of won or kept it any closer last night, the orangemen played very well and showed why they are a 3 seed.

Is that right...what else are you supposed say? Just like many ISU fans said on this board going into the 'Cuse game that you matched up position for position with them....which proved to be completely untrue. Just like many ISU fans said they thought you could give 'Cuse a game...at least that was not completely untrue since you managed one run in the game to make it remotely interesting, before 'Cuse gave a dose of reality.

You can rely on the fact that I won't remember you, and your post will get buried on this board....so you know you won't have to eat your words next year if it does not happen....brave move.
