For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Bilas is a P5 lapdog and I can't stand him but it's impossible to argue with him here...

Cal 63 Stanford 51! Very good for UNI!

Marshall leads UTEP by 10 with 4 and a half to go 72-62.

Bad for UNI:

Old Dominion loses to FAU 66-56

NCST over Pitt 73-58

IU 89 Nebraska 64

What we need:

Colorado needs to make a deep Pac12 Tournament run

Same with South Carolina in the SEC

The deeper Northern Illinois Northern Colorado Marshall and Grand Canyon can go as well the better.

Stanford lost as well. Went as well as possible for UNI tonight.

Unfortunately, there probably isn't a tournament to go to.

Mashall defeats UTEP 86-78 Will face LATech (NET 86 in a Q2 opportunity) It would be a big proxy win for UNI's hopes if Marshall can pull it off

Unfortunately Colorado is down to Washington State early and that is by far more important

Looks like Bilas's idea is going to get a partial test this year*. The Big Ten, SEC, and American have cancelled their tournaments.

* Unless the whole NCAA tournament gets cancelled.

I wouldn't be surprised if they cancel the whole thing. At this point can they even test all the players?
Plus flying may not be the wisest thing at this point.

I think many of the tournaments getting cancelled will help UNI's cause. A lot of the P5 can not "Play their way in" as they had hoped. But still, I hate to say, I am sure they will find a way to keep the Panthers out of the dance.
