Say what you want about the schools with football in our league but they certainly haven't done that.

I mean it doesn't seem like a bad landing spot but then again for a school with FBS ambitions CUSA wouldn't be bad either. NDSU could win that league in football right now and have a direct in to FBS no speculation and hope for the WAC to move up while still being in a league with some basketball punch that should be as good or better than the Summit League. I feel like NDSU is waiting for the home run scenario in order to do anything which is a sure recipe for doing nothing in realignment. Nobody outside of the Texas's and Oklahoma's of the world get to move into perfect situations. You just have to decide what your priorities are and make the best decision you can based on that.BCPanther wrote:There's a lot of NDSU people that are starting to realize that tripling everybody else in football spending to win titles that no one cares about while hurting other programs was a massive mistake.

So is not taking a FB only MWC invite while still being able to remain competitive in the Summit League especially if SDSU goes to the MVC so it sounds like they are still in the learning process right now.

It's actually the Mountain West that won't take them as a football only. They're either all in or all out.

Hey SIU; you can keep running, but you’re not gonna hide from the Racers much longer. Can’t wait for Carbondale to replace Martin as our 2nd home court. See ya real soon Salukis.
LOL, using click bait central bustingbrackets.com as a source.
The quote came from Father Harry so the LOL isn’t on MTR.

At this point, it's virtually 100% that the MVC will expand, the question is when it becomes official.
