I think it speaks to the kind of coaching and the type of players that UNI has had over the past 10 years that we've had the success that we've had and probably don't have a single player among the 5 best in the conference for the decade.

Tatum beats Funk in my opinion in terms of personal and team accomplishments.

I can see that argument. Tatum's scoring numbers may not be as high, but that is at least partially attributable to difference in offensive styles (CU's style was uptempo while SIU had no offensive style ).

The most impressive thing about Tatum on the offensive end was his ability in the clutch. When SIU absolutely had to have a basket, Tatum got them one.

Correct. We were 5 or 6 clutch fade-aways from several more losses his final year.
