But it is wsu fault?
Conveniently leaving out the taunting by Wichita personnel as soon as handshakes ended huh? It was right there on TV
show me proof genius
Watch the replay of the ending. Like I said it's right there on TV. Anyone who tuned into ESPNU or WatchESPN beyond the handshakes saw Hall turn to fans and start taunting them due to their booing of officials/Shockers (takes a real genius to figure that out, I know, thank you).
I'm not saying that the Redbird faithful are innocent but most MVC teams deal with similar treatment (harassment from rowdy fans) throughout the season and the Shox players (and asst. coaches for goodness sake!)
should be smart enough to just filter it and get to the locker room.
It's somewhat telling of character when you get pushed and bullied around for 39 mins of basketball, win due to your opponents stupidity and then go ahead and start taunting this already extremely incensed crowd. I'd like to see proof of items being thrown at the Shockers. So far it's all heresay from one Shocker poster while everything else being discussed can be seen on TV or there is report of an actual confrontation. Nothing about items being thrown and yet this is apparently the springboard for Jans and Shocker players to be confronting and taunting fans.
They should've just cleared out of there and left with their heads held high from that remarkable comeback. Then Jackie Carmichael and the character of that young man would be the only topic of discussion
