They'll still probably be a top half team.
Again, MVC is gon' be bad.

Very true, I could see them in a 3 team tie in the 4,5,6 area..

It's really hard to guess who is going to be good besides WSU this year. I would first look to the Valley's more experienced coaches. I think UNI and Evansville will be able to beat anybody on any night except for WSU. I also think SIU will play spoiler as well. All three of those teams have veteran MVC coaches who know how to win.

I don't understand why some posters are reading so much into this loss. A loss on August 12th means absolutely nothing, it's like preseason football. Florida Gulf Coast was in the same tournament last year and went 2-1, they did just fine. Teams lose exhibitions in November too, heck even Michigan St lost one a few years back.

Doesn't UE usually beat Wichita?

I see your logic. Bradley is similar to Michigan State.

Yep. And Wichita usually goes to the Final Four.

A loss on August 12th certainly doesn't mean "absolutely nothing." It means you didn't have a good enough team on August 12th to beat a bunch of mediocre teams in the Bahamas.

It doesn't mean they won't turn things around by the time the season starts, but it certainly doesn't say anything GOOD about Bradley right now.

Obviously you cannot compare those two, but plenty of teams have lost games on foreign trips/exhibitions and had successful seasons

Since 2001 (when ESPN started keeping schedules from where I looked on), Evansville is 7-17 vs. WSU. Ironically enough, Illinois State is actually worse, just 6-18 vs. WSU in that same stretch. It gets even worse if you include the postseason, where Illinois State is just 7-20 vs. WSU in that period.

Check those winning percentages out. It's probably similar to the scores you accrue in your 8th grade English classes. It's not very good.

And once again, another emphatic FAIL on your part.

MVC: 1
WCC: 1
Atlantic Ten: 1
MWC: 1
Big East: 1

The Big East is Big Time.

Yep! Generally those teams were successful In the previous season. I saw Bradley won last night. Congrats!
