Salukis lose last game in three exhibitions--79-78/ Fletcher had 16 points and Pippen 11 before fouling out in this one--same score but reversed for the first game and SIU win and an 11 point loss in second game of the three

Well the Dawgs played pretty well against the Cuban National team--but blew 10 point lead in second half to lose by one--I think Hinson played everyone on the team, no matter what the situation--so thta might be a factor--also Thik Bol will not play till the end of the month and Pippen fouled out in the last game

SIU will be top 3 this season, but not top 1, in my opinion.

Illinois State, Southern Illinois, & Loyola are all going to be very good. If these three do not have any bad losses and can steal 1 or 2 non-conference games they are not favored to win, they should all be in the NCAA Tournament.
