It's not possible that Ja Morant simply did as Ja Morant often does and the Salukis had no answer for it? He is going to tear the OVC a new one and then make himself a lot of money at the next level as a future lottery pick. I guarantee you some NBA team is losing games on purpose so that they can draft him. He's that good.

When Missouri State played at Murray and lost by 11 it felt like we were getting torched the whole time, but at least we didn't lose by 30 at home. Murray is for real though!

I'll go ahead and pick the weekend slate. I would have picked Murray State last night, just because I saw how they were able to just do whatever they wanted against Missouri State's lack of defense... At least we kind of came back and made it somewhat respectable. Morant is crazy good.

Before the Murray State game I thought SIU stood as the surefire conference favorite, but not anymore and especially since they've now had two games in nine where they play like they don't even care. It wouldn't shock me to see them beat Buffalo, but this team is so all over the place it's obvious they don't have the mental chops to win the league this year.

Watching the game Murray was nailing three's the first half, 58% and even a better percentage the 2nd half. Many were contested, Brown (6-11 from 3)and Morant were feeling it. I'm not so sure that would happen every game. Murray also played great defense.

Mcgill for SIU almost single handedly made an 8-10 point run.

Morant is a great player and last night Brown was unreal from 3, couldn't miss the first half.

Getting Fletcher back will help. Not having him the last three games has not helped. Discipline however is needed, no matter who the player is.
