I mean no shade to UIC - but there is no way Bradley - with the success, NIL resources, and roster returning - should let UIC get better players. But it happened.
I’ll give you the success, roster, and even throw in history, but how do you know what UIC has in NIL? Because I don’t know a single UIC fan that has any clue what we have. Guess I don’t know the right people.
Also Chicago > Peoria.
I know what UIC has in NIL compared to Bradley.
If Chicago is such a great destination for college basketball players why has UIC always pretty much sucked and DePaul hasn't been good in 30 years?
Can you share numbers?
UIC has actually been able to attract some really good talent over the years. Unfortunately, there’s been a serious lack of coaching and discipline. The past ten years have been playground basketball. Coach Ehsan and this team really are a breath of fresh air for UIC fans. They look like a well-coached team right now. Haven’t seen that in over 20 years.
As for Depaul, they’re in the wrong league, and wish nothing but the worst for them.
