Nice job by the Trees. Yet again they got down early, came back and won it. Jake Odum has gotten a whole lot better over the course of this season.

Seeding and MSU's bid or lack thereof will depend a lot on who wins the other mid-major conferences who are teetering between one and two bids.

Congrats Trees....great game, great weekend. Party it up, you guys deserve it, you earned your bid and ISU fans, you have every right to be proud and full of yourselves right now. Congratulations........and btw, your next game would be a great time for the conference to get its first big nonconference win ;)

Might as well just say to hell with the regular season, and just play three games in March to see who goes. It's very seldom that conference champions don't make the big dance. Maybe if they had lost the first game, but to make the final game, and come up just short, shouldn't keep them out.

It will when you have a bubble rpi
No top 50 wins
Losing record against top 100 competition
And playing in the 12 th ranked conference

But winning the mvc regular season does give the bears an auto bid to the NIT

Watching the 2nd half, it looked clear the depth that MSU fans said wouldn't be an issue was an issue. MSU just didn't have the legs on the shots in the 2nd half.

Congrats to In St. Both teams played hard. One had to lose.

Congrats, Indy. You were the best team in the conference, had the best freshman, and had the best coach. No questions at all.

MSU...you'll get your own post soon. Now that the season is over, it's time to take inventory. And it ain't going to be pretty. Wear a helmet.

Congrats and nice game Sycs! Your coach is a class act and I knew we weren't set up very good for 3 games in 3 days...still had a chance but couldn't get over the hump. Still a great season for the Bears and maybe we will get a miracle next weekend.
