Lots of twitter rumors that Gonzaga will be joining the Big XII in either 2024 or 2025.

Sadly for the Shockers, zero rumors of WSU joining them.

A non-football Kansas team will NEVER get into the Big 12 with Kansas AND Kansas State

The best hope is they become relevant again and get a Big East invite. Likely they'll end up in the A-10 or new MWC.

There's a small group of Creighton fans I've noticed at Arch Madness a couple times in recent years. My guess is they go to STL in years Creighton doesn't have a home game that weekend. It's amazing they still attend.

That'd probably be my dad and I. Long time-follower of the board. Family of Redbird fans whose attended the tournament for many years. Family member worked on the faculty at Illinois State and now at Creighton since '20. We'll rep CU the rest of the weekend after ISU loses which unfortunately has been quite early lately.

Northern Kentucky and Milwaukee are picked to finish 1-2 in the Horizon. I've mentioned these schools as the two best additions to our conference. Milwaukee is comparable to St. Thomas for travel for Drake/UNI.

I saw the HL Preseason picks and think the Norse will be dancing again. I know they weren't ready to come aboard The Valley last time, but I do believe they'll be extended the next invite. Milwaukee wouldn't be too bad. The Flames and Panthers used to have knock down, drag outs vying with each other for the HL automatic bid. 90 miles separates the campuses, which means a fair amount of opposing fans invade the opponent's arena.

I mean when you can take a fan base full of assholes, an arrogant administration and added expense fly to the middle of nowhere to play them with no chance of recruiting regular students, you HAVE to do it.

I'm also perplexed that the people that bitch about football the most are obsessed with taking the Dakotas.
