Leonard had 10 pts , but it wasn't a good shooting game for him, however, he had 0 turnovers as the Bears only turned it over 3 times the entire game. If little Mac and Lawson wanted to be all tourney they had to win that game; they didn't and they were clearly out performed by the Bear duo.

Congratulations for beating Creighton. It was a well played game. I can't say that for the SIU game. Southern Illinois held MSU to 33% shooting and MSU barely beat a 5-13 team. In the championship game, if it wasn't for a heroic effort by Mallett, it wouldn't have been close.
So if what you're saying is winning is a determining factor in deciding who should make the all tourney team and MSU lost the championship then why do they deserve three players. I am not going to go berate individuals to prove my point. Like I referenced earlier, three players chosen from the losing team is so rare it's like finding a needle in a haystack.
Let me ask this: Was the rest of the MSU team so bad that they could have three players put up all tourney performances, one of them the mvp, and lose to ISUb? Something doesn't add up.
