1. Define troll and trolling, please
2. Identify offending posters, please
3. Identify specific offending posts, please

If you have time, define "thin skinned."

Are false and/or misleading posts considered trolling? Just wondering.

Thank you.

I will give you two of them. The first was by Isaso, and the second was by ValleyChamp. I didn't see much else. Neither was worth mentioning and giving them the satisfaction, but since you asked.... :D

RDR, I think the above pretty much serves as a definition of trolling.

Can't believe I am about to say this, but I will be disappointed if the Redbirds don't make the NCAA tournament next year.

Always for $#i+s and giggles

Lunardi has Creighton and Illinois State in the field as a 6 and 11 seed, respectively. He also has UNI as one of his first four out

If ISUR does not make the tournament, the likely reason will be the WEAK schedule and the blame can be placed on Jank's shoulders...

The way-too-early take *Note I very well may have missed a player defection/addition or two, plus freshmen don't factor in much for me until I see them play:

1. Creighton - Loss of Young is significant, for sure. Someone will need to replace his late-game play-making abilities. Can Chapman? Will the jump shots fall again next season? Will they play defense if they don't score at the same pace? They certainly aren't a lock for the top spot, IMO. Best case: 1st place; worst case: 4-5 game in STL.

2. Illinois State - Consistency is the key for the Redbirds. If they can find it, I think they can win the league. Their talent level is good and they have a quality PG and big man, plus a few capable wings. They need to force more turnovers. Best case: 1st place; worst case: 6th.

3. Wichita State - Many unknowns, many athletes. They have the ability to overwhelm teams without good ball handlers or sound defenses. How fast will new guys learn the offense? Last season's group was very efficient on both ends. Next season won't be as good, but what do the new guys have to offer? I think you'll see a team focused on defense and rebounding next season as the offensive fluidity comes later in the season. Best case: 1st; worst case: 6th.

4. UNI - This a team that could make a move. Just about everyone is back, which should mean improvements on both ends - especially defensively, in my estimation. They'll need to shoot it better to make the jump into at-large territory, but they have the makings of an excellent defensive club, which will win you games in this league. Best case: 1st; worst case: 5th

5. Evansville - .500 last year and it looks like .500 again. Love Marty and how his teams play. Don't love the size. Ryan is a player, for sure, and Sawvell showed flashes and they have a few guys who can handle the ball. What they don't have is anyone who can defend. They need more length to make a step into the top group. Best case: 3rd; worst case: 7th

6. Drake - Rice was a good player and you never like to lose a good player. That said, this is still a dangerous team (I think). Simons is a good player and should inherit some of the shots that went to Rice. That should be a good thing, looking at the percentages. They'll have experienced players and VanDeest returns. If healthy, he's a nice big man. Best case: 3rd; worst case: 8th

7. Indiana State - Four of the top five scorers are gone. Odum should be healthy, which is huge. ISUb was decent defensively last season, but also had issues shooting the ball. JO is the key to this team. He was adjusted to last season, now he needs to adjust. This team will be revamped. Will it be addition by subtraction or just regression? Best case: 5th; worst case: 9th

8. Missouri State - Lose best player, PG and big man from a .500 team. Size will be an issue. They should be tough and scrappy on defense again, but will that be enough to overcome the losses? Who will take a step forward? Gulley or Downing seem the most likely candidates. Best case: 5th; worst case: 10th

9. Bradley - Not a lot went right last season. There was a lot to be desired in Peoria, namely talent. Coach Ford needs players that fit his style. Those players may be another year or two away. Best case: 6th; worst case: 10th

10. Southern Illinois - Barry is back...and he's got a long way to go. This roster doesn't have much, especially with the announced defections of a couple talented freshmen. While this will probably end up as a patchwork roster, I expect a competitive bunch. Best case: 6th: worst case: 10th (o-fer)

Speaking only about my own team in regards to TylerDurden's post, I feel that first is a stretch. I don't see us winning more games than Creighton in Valley play.

As for sixth, I would be disapointed if we were than low, but 7th is a real possability if the newbies aren't ready for prime time. I truely believe, however, that Cleanthony Early will be the offensive and defensive focal point for the Shockers and he will get plenty of minutes. If he's a flop, I'll be very concerned about our season.

1. Creighton --- pre-season hype forces them to start MVC play slow but they end up wrapping up the regular season with 2 games left. (NCAA SEED=6)
2. Wichita State --- Cleanthony Early, Fred VanVleet, and many newcomers will help Wichita State compete in the Valley. Ehimen Orupke becomes a presence down low. (NCAA SEED=8)
3. Northern Iowa -- Seth Tuttle and the young team get key non-conference wins but cannot put enough wins in conference play to win the Regular Season titles. (NCAA SEED=11) **(MVC Conference Tournament Champs)**
4. Illinois State --- Other than Jackie Carmichael and maybe a few others; still a young team. They start MVC play off good but falter down the stretch. (NIT SEED = 1); **(On the Bubble)**
5. Evansville -- Colt Ryan helps Evansville compete early on but one person cannot win the regular season himself; Evansville is above .500 in conference play and wins key non-conference games. (NIT SEED=5)
6. Southern Illinois --- Barry Hinson leads the Saluki's to their first ever game where the Saluki's score more than 50. (CBI)
7. Indiana State -- the Thursday Night club continues; Greg Lansing becomes on the hot seat in 2014. (CBI)
8. Bradley -- Keno Ford's coaching helps Bradley with a young team. (CBI)
9. Drake --- Mark Phelp's fired after the season due to only 4 conference wins. (No-Post Season)
10. Missery State -- After a bad season-ending for Paul Lusk, they aren't able to compete with such a young team. (No-Post Seson)
