Im not very aware of the incoming freshman and their talent besides ISU players, so thanks.

You aren't alone. That's why All-Freshman Teams are wildly inaccurate outside of the BCS which generally has 5 McDs AAs per conference every year. All you can say is that X freshman is very good and PT will be available. I would venture to guess that Evansville, UNI, and Ill St will each have at least one player on the All-Frosh team as they have incoming talent and available minutes. I wouldn't even guess as to which freshman though. Although, Simmons is my dark horse for FOY.

Me either. I just think Bradley has a little better idea after their foreign trip. Swopshire won't see enough minutes this season.

Once Delaney choose UNM Jordan became the man..... SZ was a bright spot in the Bahamas but swop is still the man at the 3 no starting 3 named yet but hes in the running and will get his mins barring injuries. We have 3 quality freshman who with the trip are now ahead of the rest and thats a fact!

I think all 3 of MSU's frosh have a chance to be very fine MVC players.
Ruder SG
Thomas PG
Tyler C

But at this point we aren't sure how much they will play this coming year. The thinking though is that Tyler will get significant minutes. If so I think he will be included. From a physical standpoint he looks ready to play. He'll have a lot to learn but he really seems to have the right attitude coming in.

Your evaluation of Jordan Swopshire is far greater than that of the coaching staffs evaluation of him at this point in his career.

Tyler will be the one who gets minutes from the get go whether as the starter or splitting time with Addo. His stats may not be great , but his game is very solid across the board in doing many of the other things , screening ,passing, and being physical on defense. Thomas will be interesting to see how much and how quickly he gets worked in at the point, and Ruder's time will come down to which of he , Scheer, or Simpson can hit shots consistently. Tyler is the best true post prospect we've had since Danny Moore; as he develops will provide many of the things Creekmore did, but is more athletic than Creek.

Freshman Jordan Swopshire shot the best from 3-point territory (5-for-12, 42 percent) while Blake was tops in blocked shots (three).
