Every MVC school should try and do 2 for 1 deals with some big boys. Some have too much ego and won't do that.

I don't think many schools get the opportunity to do a 2 for 1 with North Carolina. It wasn't like UE got creative and put this whole thing together, so don't dislocate your shoulder patting yourself on the back. We all know Roy Williams wanted to give the local kid a game in front of friends and family. Something tells me that if Roy called any other Valley schools, they'd give him a listen too. Hell, could you imagine the reception he'd get in Wichita?

If it came down to keeping a local player home or having him leave to get a 2 for 1 series with a storied program, I'd rather keep him home every day of the week.

I still hope you win --- Go get 'em Aces.

We have done 2-1 with other bigger schools. I am just saying, if given the chance to do a 2-1 with a BCS schoool, I think MVC schools should swallow their pride and do it.

Zeller is a kid from Washington, IN. It is about an hour north of Evansville. His older brother just got done playing atNotre Dame a few years ago. His younger brother, is a Senior and just signed at IU. He was wanted by every major school in the country. Pretty impressive, 3 boys all playing big time DI basketball.

It's always much easier to schedule with the big boys when your team is terrible.

Is that why the Shockers have no problem scheduling the big boys...................... :duel:
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.

Haha, not quite. Wichita has 2 BCS Maui teams and a semi-away game against a team that was scheduled when Turgeon was here. That's not to say it's impossible for us to schedule BCS teams, I honestly have no idea if Marshall has even tried to schedule BCS teams considering how lax he is with his scheduling. Although, I don't think I'd be wrong to assume that it's easier for Evansville to schedule BCS opponents than it is for WSU.

We have UNC, Butler and Indiana all scheduled for next year. Indiana is already considered a bad loss for us. Hopefully we end our OOC at 6-3 although 5-4 won't be bad considering Saragin SOS at 13
