Here's what's known about the Redbirds' schedule so far:
Nov 9 vs UNC-Wilmington
Nov 20 vs Bucknell (Cancun Challenge Mainland Game)
Nov 23 vs SLU @ Cancun
Nov 24 vs SFA/Buffalo @ Cancun
Dec 18 vs Ball State

Murray State will be coming to Redbird in a return game from last season. Currently 4 home games and two at a neutral site.

Yes it's a solid add, but SIU needs some better home games after SLU backed out to play Memphis.

ESPN released the 1st round match-ups in a few of the MTE's

Drake vs. Belmont
Alabama vs. Iona on there side of bracket

UNI vs. Liberty
Looks like Stanford vs. Wyoming on there side of bracket

Indiana St vs. Oklahoma ** note this might change a mistake was made scheduling ECU vs. ODU in the first round -- they already have a non con game scheduled so the bracket has to be redone.

The big thing for UNI was avoiding that middle of the night death trap game against Hawaii where you play 5 on 8 all night.

Looks like the Aces will be in the Gulf Coast Showcase in Estero, Fl on Nov. 22-24.

Not a blockbuster field, but will be a good test for the Aces to see where they stand with some MM before the conference starts. It would appear that Akron, and Vermont, will be the teams to beat.

Final pairings for the Naples MTE for the Bears are in; it's a decidedly MM affair, but only two really low NET teams from last year . Unfortunately the Bears draw one of those in the first game in Long Beach ST. On the Bears side of the bracket they will draw from East Tenn. St vs Murray ST for their second game. The opposite side of the bracket features Wright ST vs George Washington, and Kent St vs James Madison.
