It amazes me how sensitive WSU fans can be. Just the mere suggestion that the Bears are a worthy opponent sends them into attack mode.... I'm not about to talk smack about the game, because I don't like the Bears chances at Koch at all, but jeez, lighten up.....

It amazes me when people cast aside history and statistical facts when making a prediction.

I don't think you'll find any true Bears fans more than quietly confident or cautiosly optimistic. Some even give the Bears little chance. Let's hope both teams play well and the refs call a good game (allowing normal contact and reasonably even).

I have found that to be true, and while it's not as fun with them being so realistically humble, that is the appropriate route to take. Neither side can expect a blowout.

What do hockey players know about baksetball anyway?

what so far in the season shows that? It seems that whenever they play a good team the DON'T EXECUTE.

Tennessee
Oklahoma St
Tulsa

Can't the same thing be said for WSU?

Sure if there was some wsu fans saying they were some unstoppable juggernaut. But they are not. I think most of expect this to be a battle and nothing like the rollovers they have played so far in the mvc.

They lost last year to Nevada at home to end the season. So their home winning streak is 7.

Last time I checked, the past has nothing to do with this year and these two teams. Besides, it is just a prediction. If we went based on them, the Patriots would have won 3 more Super Bowls

The Nevada game was in the NIT. The post mentions "regular season home games". Just clarifying.

The past I was talking about was this year. Those past games show that WSU is ahead of MSU in almost every category. But yeah, it means nothing. Why do we even keep score? It's just a reflection of the past.

My reading comprehension says that he prefaced that with REGULAR season.
