You may be right, the Sycamores may get beat some on the road. And...some of our fans are gettng way ahead of themsleves... You never know though, we could hold on. The conference is pretty weak this year. We likely deserve only one bid.

I think ISU blue is dangerous enough that we could spoil the party in St Louis.

WSU and MSU are the best two teams, but the best teams don't always win. Especially when those teams are senior dominated. Lots of pressure on seniors; it's their last chance.

What has people so fired up here is that we're winning with freshmen. We're filling seats. The apathy is gone. It also looks like we're building a solid program. Red shirting almost all freshmen, and we're attracting the best athletes in the Terre Haute area. It's now cool to stay home.

Props to McKenna for changing the culture so quickly and leaving the cupboard full for Lansing.

Looks like my prediction of a swelling Indiana State population on this board is coming to fruition.

Swelling = 4 or 5 posters...got it.

Didn't you know? You aren't allowed to start posting when your team starts winning.

I am not saying we arent going to lose on the road but we wont lose on to the road to really bad teams...we shouldnt at the very least get rail roaded by a bad team on the road lol...we are young tho, it's entirely possible that we come out like we get our ass kicked but doubtful it's against Illinois State lol...

Lol....That is sooooo true...when we do it we are bandwagons...when they do it, "we lost there's nothing to talk about what do you expect?"...I am sorry but they were complaining about the population of Sycamore fans but when we come over you get onto us for our team having a weak schedule that we dont control? We are a top 100 RPI team now...

The smartest thing is to "not write checks that our kids have to cash." Being too bold doesn't do anything but add pressure. Try some humility, we're beating teams that are better than us. That's a good thing. I'd like to see ISU blue fans avoid all the "we can't lose stuff."

I have news for you, we can lose. I saw the tourney in Chicago.

We're a three point shooting team. We live by it and will die by it at some point. It gives us the X factor that makes us dangerous. It is also hard to win championships that way.

ISU red will be a tough game regardless of records.

Best of luck to all MVC teams.

I didnt guarantee any wins, in fact I was the one who said it would be EXTREMELY difficult to defeat the Shockers this weekend...you aren't telling me anything I dont know...
