Last year, Evansville's worst five losses were
82-58 to Miami of Ohio (24)
65-46 to Northern Iowa (19)
82-63 to Illinois State (19)
83-63 to Bradley (20)
80-64 to Southern Illinois (16)

My cowboy math says the worst five losses amounted to a total deficit of 98 points, and that was taking the after the fact, five worst losses. With the line offered by WuDrWu, you get 110 points and five, predetermined games- you can't lose! I would think Purple Aces would be lining up for that action!
There are three rules that I live by, never get less than 12 hours sleep, never gamble with a guy who has the same first name as a city and never get involved with a chick with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Stick to that and everything else is gravy!

No offence but you may want to rethink your post, they have only finished in last place 3 times since joining in 1994-1995. They didn't even play in the play-in round until 2002. Granted they have been pretty bad lately but every team has down years, eventually, they will come out of it. Do you rememebr Wichita State in the 90s? Look at how good your team is now.

Then take WuDrWu's bet, it's freaking easy money!

If I was a betting guy I would, but I'm not. I'm sure somebody will take it.

My take for Evansville's starting lineup:

Ryan
Cox or Lacy
Holmes
Peeler
Harris

Unlike some other Aces fans, I do not project PVT or Hopf starting. Marty is going to go, I beleive, with a smaller and more athletic lineup. Even without a full roster, he will have more depth this year than what he had been accustomed. The Aces are going to be better this year, and without sounding too much like a homer, I think is going to surprise the h-ll out out of some teams this season. Flame away

The history of Evansville fans taking bets with Doc is not a good one.

What does "more athletic" mean? I used to think "more athletic" meant "smaller" but since you said both "smaller" and "more athletic", I'm confused.

Since 2001-2002 Evansville has finished 9th, 5th, 9th, 9th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 5th & 10th. About twice a decade Evansville sacks up, has a miracle on the hardwood and finishes in the middle of the pack.

There's a better chance I'm going to see cash from a worthless Aces fan than the Purple Pimps not being last.

I think wudrwu was figuring a 4 game with only the WSU at home, you might want to reconsider.
At least that was my take on it 4 games and 115 points
