Tough loss here. WSU is still a quality team they just missed golden opportunities all game. The Valley still has some good opportunities in the next few weeks with tournaments.....and WSUballer..don't be salty. Just cause the Shox lost doesn't mean you need to call out people for other teams cause they have an opinion. Take the loss like a man and move on.

Marshall continues to prove he is a horrible coach in close games. As for the trees, you might hush you have 3 wins against teams that will have a combined rpi of +750 at the end of the year and not a single win has been easy.

I've taken the loss like a man, FearDaTrees, as pointed out in my actual post about the game. I just don't need any other outside fans saying things in demeaning ways about a game in which we were Vegas underdogs in.

There are ways you can portray your opinion without being condescending. The ways jackwagon and PeKaph stated their "opinions" were very much that way. And that's what I thought this board was above of this year, but of course, it didn't stop those two to chime in. PeKaph has pretty much just asked other fans to now pile on Missouri State when they blow a game sometime down the road, same with jackwagon with Indiana State. Just totally unnecessary.

We know we sucked one. We don't need other fans telling us in condescending ways. State your opinions without being pricks is all I'm asking. We blew a major opportunity yes, but let's not act like we were clear favorites in the basketball game because we weren't.

And as for other fans' comments in here, we appreciate the nice words, but you're being too kind. We haven't won a big game in the regular season in a long time and that stretch continues. As it stands right now, WSU just might not have the discipline to sustain itself to a Top 4 Valley finish. Long ways to go in the season yes, but a long ways to go for WSU as a team also.

It really is discipline. On some of those steals I saw in the last 15 minutes of the game (WSU) I was thinking holy crap, these guys can jump out of the gym.

Then you have boneheaded shots like Murray's forced three with 20 seconds left in regulation and all the missed throws.

As far as jumping on MSU and ISUb when they get hit with a loss to a good school, at least in MSU's case we were picked 6th. We aren't really suppose to "help" the valley in the non conference. We are just supposed to maintain a mediocre record. We are playing with house money

Don't act like you are an innocent party to the tendency to throw a jab at other schools when they have some adversity. It's no big deal that you do it, most on here do at one time or another. Just don't act so self righteous when it comes back at you.

I know, just ribbing ya. I could care less what this place has to say when MSU gets hit with adversity, which WILL happen eventually. The next 4 games will show us more about the Bears than the previous 3 games have.

I appreciate you playing babysitter but comparing SIU/Ohio Dominican and WSU/Temple is a pretty poor analogy, I'd say.

When you have fans from other schools who haven't won **** from an RPI standpoint start calling out WSU on being "SOS killers" for losing to Temple in OT, I don't think that holds much ground to my pretty innocent comments for what is easily the worst team in the league.

I have never stated that I have been innocent of snide comments but I'd like to say 9 times out of 10 mine have made sense.

I asked you once what your name was on VT and you didn't answer. Are you really that threatened by it?

Never tried to say their comments were sensible or fair, just pointed out you engaged in the same behavior you just lectured others about. Not big on playing the bait game either.
