As I said, the stream sucks. The old channelsurfing was much better. Too bad the feds shut it down.

Channelsurfing didn't produce the feeds, regular people would and stream them on p2p networks on sites like UStream and such. All Channelsurfing really did was create a compilation of peoples feeds on one website to make it more convenient for people.

Probably a good argument to make on their behalf in court, but I suppose it is still considered distributing (since they weren't the ones actually stealing the feeds, they were just adding links on their site to people who do)
