And all in the last ten seconds of a well played classical Valley ballgame. Those three need to be suspended. If I was Lusk I would probably be in a Cedarloo jail right now.

It's a darn shame that nobody will be discussing another classic MSU/UNI game instead all the talk is about officiating. Fix it Elgin and bring some accountability to the stooges with whistles.

Had you're all world player not charged through a UNI player on the possession before this wouldn't be an issue...

It took a career game from your center (people say UNI players look unathletic, what does this guy look like if UNI players look like church league players) to even be in the game.

Oh, and I'm glad we didn't land Bizoukis....what a waste of space on the floor tonight.

I don't see the relevance of the Weems charge. The fact is that we had a one point lead and should have gotten the ball with 4-6 seconds after a whistle for traveling. We would still have to inbound the ball and hit our free throws while not allowing a UNI three at the buzzer but the odds would be in our favor. That is what this is about. Not some charge.

I'm not going to respond and insult UNI players and stuff like that. You have your win. Be a good sport about it though.

There were 3 mandatory calls vs 1 subjective call. I will admit no such thing. Not to mention if they are gonna call a foul it's on a hook from cock.

A nice win for the Panthers. Very nice.

The Red Birds came close to winning tonight, despite the final score. The Birds had narrowed the spread to 2 points with one minute to go.

This year will be a mad scramble. Hard to say who the champion will be. The Blue Birds are leading.

Win with class....lose with class. Talking about how you got screwed isn't losing with class.
Both Jake and Rank were fouled on that last play before the travels, heck the one foul is what cause the non-travel in question.

A charge is no more subjective than any of the calls you want.

BTW, who is Cock? Does he play for this NIU team SWOMO fans are complaining about on twitter?

Wow. Sorry I went to the Shockers game vs. Bradley. I wish I could have seen that finish.

I didn't see this game as I spent a few hours at the Draft House on 180th and Pacific Street. That said, Casey is never right.
There are three rules that I live by, never get less than 12 hours sleep, never gamble with a guy who has the same first name as a city and never get involved with a chick with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Stick to that and everything else is gravy!

You don't see the relevance of the Weems charge?

You don't see the relevance of a turnover with 22 seconds left when your team has a one-point lead?

MSU had the ball and a 1-point lead with 45 seconds left. There were several possible outcomes at that point:
1) Let the shot clock expire and give UNI the ball with 10 seconds left
2) Get fouled. 1 FT makes it a 2-point game - a layup ties. 2 throws and it takes a 3 to tie.
3) Score a 2-point basket. Then just defend the 3-point arc.
4) Score a 3-point basket. Game over.
5) Miss a shot late in the shot clock. UNI has 10-12 seconds and MSU has the lead.
6) Give the ball back to UNI with a significant amount of time on the clock.

Only option 6 gives UNI anything resembling a decent chance to win the game. Every other option probably gives MSU a 75% chance of winning the game. Option 6 is the only possible situation that gives UNI a 40%+ chance of winning.
