Congrats Shockers on an amazing season. It took a Kentucky team that was playing out of its *ss to beat you. FWIW, that was the most entertaining game to watch so far. Early was a complete Beast. Great job of representing the MVC.

Tough loss, but what a great game. I was pulling hard for you guys you guys all the way.

Not sure why FVV took the last shot though...should't they have set a play for Early (hot hand) or even Baker? I haven't watched any of the postgame, so I apologize if this was already discussed...

As a Shocker fan, I'd just like to say how much I appreciate the support shown from all the fans of the other teams in the Valley, with the obvious exception of one orifice disorder.

VanVleet was the 3rd option. In the post game Calipari said because they have such size and as defenders are virtually interchangeable, they switched on the screens that were designed to either get Early open on a lob or Baker open on the sideline for a trey. With options 1 and 2 taken away, we had to go to Fred, who did a nice job with his cross-over to get a mostly uncontested shot. He's also our best 3-pt shooter by percentage, so we can't be too disappointed with it.

Agreed. Thank you for the support this year. We went toe-to-toe with Kentucky and fell 2 points short. Fantastic season!

Great game. Unfortunately, might be the last time a Valley team ever gets a #1 seed. I'm sure if WSU goes 30-0 again next year we'll hear about how they didn't make it out of the round of 32 this year.
