Its called masks and social distancing. To answer your other question, you can still spread the virus even if you’re vaccinated. Personal responsibility doesn’t work if you as a vaccinated individual give it to an unvaccinated person because you don’t wear a mask.

These are simple answers to questions the world has already answered. You only don’t know if you’re too busy shouting into the void

So you fully expect to wear a mask the rest of your life?

When we reach a herd immunity with vaccinations, then it’s okay to get life back to normal. But as of right now, even with things trending in the right direction, we’re still seeing thousands of deaths a day. The good news is, they expect enough vaccines for all Americans by May. But anyways, this is a basketball message board, can we keep the conspiracies contained to Facebook or wherever Qanon is these days?

I don't see the tournament going anywhere anytime soon. Even with a new conference commissioner, have to think the whole second longest tournament in one city thing is still a selling point the Valley wants to keep.

If you do move, where do you move to?
-Evansville was mentioned, already booked for OVC tournament.
-Kansas City outside our footprint now that Creighton and Wichita State are gone
-Losing the neutrality, Des Moines is out due to high school tournaments. I don't know of anywhere else in Iowa that would meet the requirements to be able to host.
-Where do you do it in Chicago? Does Depaul really want to surrender their last home stand to us? Are the Blackhawks/Bulls willing to give up two weeks of home games between the Big Ten & MVC Tournaments?
-Indianapolis has similar issues to Chicago
-Moline/Taxslayer Center is great for the MVC Women's Tournament but would be a major downgrade compared to what we have now for the men by comparison. Similar to any other arena in the St. Louis area.

True. The only reason to move at this point is bitterness (which believe me I have plenty).
It would be cutting off your nose to spite their face.

The time to leave was before today’s games. We didn’t have the guts to do that so no point now.
Go Panthers!!

I would have answered much the same as Saluki, if I had seen this earlier. I would add that it costs you nothing to wear a mask right now. Nothing. It could cost someone else everything if you choose to not wear one around them.

I second what others have said though - this is a basketball board. Lets keep it there and leave the QAnon stuff to Gab or whatever offshore hosted site its moved to these days

Northern Iowa fans...

You weren't winning this tournament even if you played last night.

Trump far right (this covid thing is fake) people. GTFO and get educated. College is a thing and helps you become more intelligent. Go talk to a covid nurse or doctor versus the Q and Trump told "fake truths"

Either way, this is cbb in a covid world. UNI wasnt winning anything. You barely beat my crappy Birds.

Why did Gab have to move offshore?

Agree with this. Everything about this season is weird. I really feel bad for UNI folks - thats a crap way to end a season. Ultimately though I don’t see better long term options. St Louis, excluding this year depending on your worldview, has been a great host.

St Louis is a dump, but if the option is between SL and Chicago I'd rather stick with SL.

Champaign, IL (State Farm Center) would be as good of a place as any to have it. Right in the middle of ILSU, BU, LUC, INSU, VU, UE, and SIU. Probably about the same distance as SL for UNI and DU. Would be farther for MSU.
