I could very easily see a reunion of the 2023 undefeated De Pere High School State Champion team at University of Wisconsin in 2025-26.

Zach Kinziger (2025), currently committed to Wisconsin
Will Hornseth (2024), currently at UNI
Johnny Kinziger (2023), currently at ILST.

Christian Davis of Bradley has to be considered for all Defensive Team and All Improved Team. He's basically become Malevy Leons "light" for Bradley this year. Not a huge scorer, but does a lot of other stuff that helps Bradley win.

I don’t know. Wisconsin is pretty damn good. Johnny K and Hornseth aren’t needle movers there, IMO.

I guess with 15 rides and some NIL they could end up there - but I don’t think it helps the Badgers win more games.

Will Hornseth: 143 points in 403 minutes (0.35 points/minute)
Jack Daugherty:155 points in 259 minutes (0.60 points/minute)
Daugherty averages almost twice the points/minute than Hornseth.
So offensively Hornseth is not the better freshman. Defensively, yes. But to say that Hornseth is the “best” freshman in the league, I would have to disagree on that.
Daugherty will improve his defense as he gets more playing time and develops more physically.
His 45/94 48% from 3PT is tied for tops in the MVC with Tyler Lundblade 55/113 48%
Hornseth has a long way to go with his 0-2 0% 3PT shooting.

Pozzato is probably where I’d land, despite missing a month, but I get why that would be a big obstacle for others. He’s really athletic and it’s been erratic, but when he is good he is really good.

I am a Bradley fan, and I really love Johnson’s game. His role is somewhat sheltered this year, but it is key. He does what he does really well, & I had no expectations that he’d be as ready and capable defensively as he has been. And he seeks contact. He really brings some elements Bradley badly needed this season. He has some good games and bad ones, like all freshmen, but he has been the one guy on the bench Bradley can count on to reliably bring something to the table for them.

We have some pretty good freshmen in the conference this year, and based off some of what I am seeing it looks really good for next year as well.

Jack is a flamethrower and I always perk up but when he gets into games. But that's just it, WHEN he gets in. He hasn't seen the court with any level of consistency. Could easily be a 12ppg guy but Pedon is choosy about when they play that card. I'd have a hard time naming him FOY just due to minutes played.

Friendly reminder - let’s look at league only stats when making decisions on All League teams.

Jack Daugherty averages 8.9 minutes a game in the league and has 19 total rebounds and two assists. Yes, he can shoot it. But not enough to play much on a 7-9 team.

Was not insinuating that Daugherty is my choice for FOY.

I picked the wrong day to put Daugherty on blast. He’s been the best player in America tonight.

ISU gonna win the only game that matters to them. Congrats.
