We don't have $5M laying around to buy him out. He doesn't have the automatic rollover anymore so at least, theoretically, you can just let his deal run out after '29.

There are challenges here, we've probably got the worst overall facilities in the league because of two consecutive disaster ADs but he's still got a top 2 budget.

His refusal to recruit outside his comfort zone (2 parent families from upper class suburban areas) really limits your ceiling. He's also incredibly thin skinned so anytime anyone questions him, they immediately lose access so the state media has more or less chosen to ignore UNI rather than dealing with fluff pieces. Apathy has set in hard core.

He wins just enough to keep the real heat away and the are zero issues off the floor or in any other way. He's the classic case of no real reason to move on but not good enough in today's game to consistently be a 25 win program like he was.

Big time game for Cam Haffner of Evansville. 25 points on 7-12 from 3. With Comer, that gives 2 Evansville players who have found their mojo in the MVC.

IF, Pozzato can settle back in, that would make 3 and the Aces would be dangerous the rest of the way.

AND IF, Hughes can play like a 6'11" player that can consistently step out and hit the 3, but also spend more time around the basket, that would make 4 and Evansville would then be very dangerous the rest of the way in the MVC.

Possibilities to finish strong in the MVC exist in Evansville once again.

Bradley goes on the road and takes care of business against Murray State 74-61.

I thought Murray would be a tough out as guys like Ellington in the frontcourt are matchup problems. Bradley had also never won at Murray. The emergence of Corey Thomas has helped Bradley get out of their early January funk. He's been the team's best rebounder and now he's starting to show some offensive ability.

The Freshman Jaquan Johnson has been a nice surprise this year. He's carved out a role for himself on this team and is probably the best guard at driving to the rim and taking contact. He's also a physical and disruptive defender and leads the team in steals.

Connor Dillon coming off the bench has also been giving some good minutes with Burch out the last couple games. He's got a good nose for the ball and can light it up from 3.

Of course things can change - but the last two Bradley games were performances you want to see from the league favorite. Very, very impressive.
