Actually, it was Murry, and I would not have been surprised if a foul had been called. But that one helped even out what I thought was a little bit of disparity on how the game was being called.

We'll take it.

When the whistle blew, I almost lost my mind. I think the announcers thought a foul was going to be called too. Great win for the Shockers.

My bad, Murray and not Kyles, still dumb though running in front of Delaney like that, you don't want to give these refs any excuse to blow the whistle..........luckily, no call and the Shox move on.

Congrats to the Shox! As mentioned by others, its a shame they didn't play like this earlier, certainly the deepest, most talented team in the Valley.

Great Win Shockers!! The Valley is doing pretty well in postseason play, only one loss so far. Let's keep it up and have a Valley champion in the NIT, CBI, and CIT.

That's all well and good but the one loss is the only one that matters and the only one anyone will remember.

A BIG congrats out to the Shockers on putting roadie BCS pelt onto the MVC stack...YES!!!

I agree Tom Servo. The Valley's got a shot to do something really special with a chance to still WIN 3 out of 4 of the post season tourneys. WOW! That would be REALLY COOL and garner the MVC some serious attention going into next season because there will be a TON of good players coming back.

ROCK ON MVC!!! :duel:

In the program I have for the 1965 All-College Tournament, VTech is called the Gobblers. Even though they were coming off the Final Four season, the Shockers were the turkeys at that meeting, even with the help of All-American Kelly Pete.

With today's win, the Shox have evened up the series. I think the Gobblers need to show up in Koch Arena for the rubber match.
