Was that supposed to be some kind of coherent sentence?

See, I think when you read the thread I think what I am quoting there really isn't that difficult to understand...UNIftw is the one who said "holding steals per game against kwadzo is idiotic" I think if u read my later post I said, "Kwadzo is a great player in his own right and had a great career" I think perception regularly rides higher than the actual facts to do in ALL of college basketball...Once again read.

... because now Odum was not only cheated out of the FOY award, but also the defensive POY award. At the rate we're going, Trees fans are going to be seriously complaining that the guy wasn't named the league's MVP this year or wasn't in the national player of the year conversation.

:D

How he didn't win the Heisman too, is beyond explanation. Obviously media bias or media error.

I did hear that in STL they are kicking around the idea of renaming the league MVP award to the Jake Odum award. Ironically, doing so will screw over another InSU legend, but everyone knows that Odum is light and day better than Larry Bird, so most InSU fans are on board with the proposed name change.

Seriously InSU fans, dial it down a little bit. I know it has been awhile since you've had a lot to be optimistic about, but some of you have gone off the deep end.

Please refrain from using the plural form with respect to InSU fan(s). It appears ONLY one fan seems to be caught up in this pissing match.

I was reading the ESPN website and saw that last week Jake Odum declared for the NBA draft. Unfortunately, he pulled his name last night because early draft reports cite that there is no NBA team that can afford such a rich talent and LeBron James threatened to quit if the NBA brought in that level of yet unseen talent. Michael Jordan also was reported to be in fear that Odum was going to steal his legacy. It is clearly apparent that if we were to name him GodOdumGod, even that moniker wouldn't even begin to shed a light on his unparalelled awesomeness. Rumor has it that the sport of basketball will soon have a name change and in the future be called Jake Odum. There is no better example of how the game is supposed to be played and therefore, it will be much simpler in the future to describe the game by simply calling it "Jake Odum." There will be some challenges along the way, MVCFans will have to spend some time changing the names of the forums from Missouri Valley Conference Basketball and MVC Basketball Recruiting, to Missouri Valley Conference Jake Odum and MVC Jake Odum Recruiting. Those efforts will be well worth it. That said, it may get confusing when people start Jake Odum threads in the women's sports forums.

I WAS really looking forward to seeing Jake the next 3 years develop. Now I just hope he falls flat on his face and drops out so we don't have all this JAKE! JAKE! JAKE!

Yeah, well we get sick and tired of all the boastful ranting about WSU, how much Marshall gets paid, and ad nauseam.
