Golden also tweeted INS will be playing North Dakota State in Basketball next year, unsure if it's home or away.

The Sycamores are also playing in the Junkanoo Jam in Bimini, other teams are Air Force, Duquesne, and Loyola Marymount. So a mid major type tournament, which is ok for us since we're just not very good.

We'll also host Ball State, play at Wright State. We'll also host a couple D2 or D3 home games as well.

Todd Golden tweeted Indiana State will open the season at Dayton, then play at Louisville for their 2nd game, two tough games to open the season.

We open against Toledo (home)

December 7th is a home game against George Washington

We MIGHT still be playing Vanderbilt (although my guess is that we won't be since Bryce is no longer there and there's no reason on their end to do the series therefore)

I assume we'll still have Ball State on the schedule.

And of course there is the Paradise Jam for us to look forward to.

GCU

Fordham\Nevada

BGSU\WKU\ISUr\Cincinnati

(and I assume there is some kind of non bracketed game added to this as well which should provide another solid opponent.)

All in all a pretty solid schedule (and home slate) taking shape for us. I just hope we don't fill the rest of the slots with a bunch of filler.

Indiana State schedule so far, just a few dates known

at Dayton
at Louisville
Duquesne (Nov 21st)
Loyola Marymount (Nov 22nd)
Air Force (Nov 24th)
at Wright State
vs Ball State
either home or away vs north dakota state

overall only one sure loss in there, but we also may lose all 8 of those or win 7? The wildcard going against us yet is Lansing is still our coach, so most aren't real optimistic. In recent years we of course have done fairly well in the non conference season, only to tank in MVC play, so probably looking at that happening again.

Still 4 games to schedule

That doesn't look too bad. A lot hinges on what kind of years Dayton Duquesne LMU and BSU have but really not a bad schedule taking shape there. '

Dayton is going to be very strong this year. Possible pre-season Top 25.

4 impact transfers coming in to go with 4 returning 10+ a game scorers from last year.

As a Dayton grad and a huge MVC fan, I wish more games are played between the MVC schools and Dayton.

So far it looks like every team has a solid schedule. The SOS should help us a lot.

Golden announced 2 more games for Indiana State today, home vs Chicago State and Missouri St Louis. I like these games, Chicago State nearly won at Illinois State last season as you all know, and Missouri St Louis is always a formidable D2 challenge. These are games ISU should be competitive in and have a chance to win at the end.

So the updated schedule for the Sycamores, looking for a home game the week before Christmas and probably another D2 opponent.

Road
at Dayton
at Louisville
at Wright State

Neutral
Duquesne (Nov 21st)
Loyola Marymount (Nov 22nd)
Air Force (Nov 24th)
Ball State (at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indy)

Home
North Dakota State
Chicago State
Missouri-St Louis
