They may have taken a huge hit to their depth when Haldeman was helped off the floor. Anyone have an update on him yet? That’s gonna hurt bad if he’s out for awhile.

1. UNI could still get an at large even if they lose another one AND lose the MVC final. That would put them at 29-4. Definitely getting an at large at 29-4.

2. Last year the Birds went off on UNI in Normal, as well. They made 12 or 13 3's IN THE SECOND HALF alone. UNI never plays well in Normal.

3. UNI needs to find an inside game.

4. ISUr needs to play Horne and Reeves A LOT more. I don't care if they are freshman they are some of your best players. Dan seems afraid of freshman.

Dan seems afraid to play Freshman, evident by his unwillingness to play Reggie Lynch, Paris Lee, and only playing DJ Horne 35 minutes & Antonio Reeves 26 minutes tonight.

Nothing confirmed officially but sounds like a severe sprain. At least a couple weeks.

I'd imagine Pickford slides into the lineup and Kimmons and Carter split the extra minutes.

UNI didn’t even suffer the worst loss in the State of Iowa tonight:

It was Florida A&M’s 1st KenPom top-200 win of the decade...on the final day of the decade.

Bradley 80, Drake 72.

Entertaining game with a nice pace. Wardle was less than pleased with BU defense, but with Childs out I'm sure he'll take the W.

Actually, I would like to touch on this for a second. Florida A&M was 25.5 point underdogs. The fourth 25+point underdog to beat a major school this year alone. With the uptick in "lower" teams beating majors it will make it even harder to schedule thee types of games and probably fasten the pace of the P5 + Big East splitting off.

It was a really good night for basketball in peoria last night. Drake and Bradley went back and forth in a very tough game. Drake played really well, especially the 7 footer Robbin who was 10 for 10 from 2 point land. If Drake plays like that on the road consistently, they will win a few MVC road games. It was a 1 possession game with a minute left when Koch Bar made a strong post move to put BU up 5 and then knocked the ball away on next possession which led to a Henry dunk and the game was over.

Glad BU was able to get the win over a very good Drake team. I really like what Devries is doing there.

Appears Childs is still a week away from playing at this point.

The Bears looked lost in the first half and the Aces, at least for the first 10min, seemed to be the more engaged team on their way to an 8pt halftime lead. The Bears outscored UE by 21pts in the second half as Coach Ford went to a trapping press and the Aces fell apart.
