Well talk about a great assist for a layup. I mean, come on..that was just to easy. Is this poster still in grade school. "We are not gonna run away because we are not scared by your mean players" :D

He was right about one more thing though. When I first saw the MSU schedule and noticed that we had a game with Indiana State scheduled I was like 'Oh my god!. Then I looked down a little bit farther down and noticed we had them on our schedule twice in the same freakin year and I really started to panic. I was thinking "what the hell is coach Martin trying to do to us with a double dose of ISU??" Who are we? Duke?

We are going to be at the top all season, and you better get used to seeing us up there as long as we have Greg Lansing as our coach. We are on our way back to the 2000-2002 years, and we aren't that far off. I would be scared if I were you, if I saw Indiana State on my schedule. We aren't going to shy away from Weems or Creekmore, we are going to be ready and we are going to show you we belong and we are going nowhere. Indiana State.

The game is on TV for people in the Terre Haute area. Good Luck to the rest of the MVC.....except WSU and MSU....watch out!!!!

And one more layup while we're at it. Don't sell yourself short. You're a tremendous slouch.

Landrus is a high schooler...an overzealous one at that.

jlandrus (according to all reports - and substantiated by unbridled enthusiasm) is a young fan. Young fans are almost always way out there in their enthusiasm. That's a good thing, because it takes that kind of blind allegiance to get through the disappointments that are on their way for any rabid fan.

jlandrus hasn't yet developed the message board proof-reading method of reading things to see how they can be misinterpreted. Give him some time - he'll learn.

In the meantime, making a payup off of a jlandrus post is like making a layup over a grade school kid. It's not really much of an accomplishment. It's like making it through a softball season and never striking out - in a slow-pitch league. It's like getting a "kill" in volleyball because the defender got both hands tangled up in the net.

I wouldn't anticipate any. They still haven't gone on the road and they had to have 2 crazy endings to survive at home. With that said, they will be a tough out at home the rest of the way

Will the Valley respect the Trees now? Indiana State proved itself a top tier team after tonight.
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.
