That's nice to say, but I don't understand the "need" part. If WSU "needs" this game, then everyone in the Valley "needs" to win every non con game, save perhaps UE at UNC.


Seems to me a win tonight would be an unexpected bonus for the Shocks, and frankly the entire league. Alabama is an elite team right now.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Preseason rankings don't mean a whole lot and Alabama hasn't done anything to be considered elite for a long time.

They may end up an NCAA team, but elite is a reach at this point.

Hell, I expect WSU to win that game.
